On March 23, 2017, upgrades were made to Infinite Campus that impacted usage for parents on their mobile devices.
Parents should uninstall and then reinstall the application and complete the following steps:
1. Select a district: Type DeKalb
2. Drop down appears: Select DeKalb County
3. Enter username and password as usual.
When selecting account settings on the desktop, parents will now have the opportunity to select a PIN as well.
